Trainer’s Village Branding

The Murray Bridge Trainers Village (MBTV) is the state’s newest thoroughbred training facility and is located alongside Murray Bridge Racing Club’s new world class racecourse.

The MBTV precinct is located at the entrance to the new Murray Bridge Racing Club (MBRC) facility in Gifford Hill; a semi-rural locale situated nine kilometres from Murray Bridge and three kilometres from the former racecourse.

Algo Más was engaged by developer Burke Urban to create a brand that would position the MBTV as the leading racecourse and training facility in the state.

Our campaign objective was to communicate that the MBTV would provide trainers with a winning advantage.

Algo Más evolved the MBRC logo for this project and developed a tagline to emphasise the project’s key benefits: Live, Train, Win.

We took inspiration from a jockey’s racing outfit and paired a bold yellow with an equally punchy purple.

This vast project encompasses site signage, website design and development as well as advertising and marketing collateral including brochures.

The Gifford Hill masterplan is a joint venture between Burke Urban and investor partners including MBRC, Thoroughbred Racing SA (TRSA), the Hurley Hotel Group, Mark Ricciuto and the Wicks family (South Australian Winemakers and Property Developer).
