Following the success of the inaugural Algo Logo Shop, we giving four more startups an opportunity to have a logo designed.
Applications are now open for Algo Más Marketing’s Algo Logo Shop, an initiative designed to help startup businesses begin their journey towards creating a brand identity.
The full-day workshop, to be held on 2 May 2015 at Algo Más Marketing’s studio, Level 1, 1 Vardon Avenue, Adelaide, and will see four businesses walk away with a fully developed logo, at no cost, that will arm them with a huge advantage in the startup realm.
Julie Wrobel, Algo Más Marketing Managing Director, conceived the idea after noting the large number of business hubs popping up all over the city that are home to a number of startups with limited financial resources.
“As someone who began my business as a sole trader, I know how cost prohibitive creating a logo for your business in the early stages can be,” Ms Wrobel said.
“We want to support entrepreneurs in the initial stages of their journey, and the best way for us to do that is to facilitate the creation of a logo for their business in a supportive and collaborative workshop environment.”
Successful startup applicants will be assigned their own graphic designer for the day, and branding experts will roam the studio to share their wisdom. The morning session will see designers getting to know attendees and their company, followed by iterative creative development throughout the afternoon. By the end of the afternoon session, attendees will walk away with a fully developed logo value at $3800+GST.
“We’re passionate advocates for South Australian start-ups with great ideas that will contribute to the future cultural and economic development of our State.” Julie said.
