The Viridian

Process

The Viridian is a new property development in Paradise featuring three stages. Algo Más have just completed the graphic design and marketing for Stage 1 which involves the construction of 13 townhouses along the eastern property boundary. As well as developing the project name, we designed the logo, which uses leaves to form a circle representing The Viridian’s connection to the city and many other amenities. We also developed the tagline, “Connected Living”, and undertook the copywriting of key messages used in the sales brochure and website, which we also designed and built.

You can leave your car at home when you live at The Viridian. Built for the progressive home owner and resident, The Viridian townhouses include an innovative two car stacking system for each townhouse (equivalent to a double garage), and once completed, the village-complex will include a small supermarket, café, retail and a residents’ gym. With the largest public transport hub in metropolitan Adelaide, Paradise Interchange, only seconds away from your doorstop, commute to the City of Adelaide within 7 minutes (once the O-Bahn extension is completed). Arrive at 100s of other destinations with one bus from Paradise Interchange. Avoid driving your own car and use a ‘goget.com.au’ car share available on site for owners’ use, or jump in an UberX. Or avoid roads altogether and enjoy a leisurely bike ride via the Linear Park bike track which connects the city and beach. The University of South Australia operates a shuttle bus from the Interchange with free access to Mawson Lakes and Magill Campuses for staff and students.

Stage two of the development involves the construction of 12 townhouses along the northern property boundary and Stage 3 involves the construction of a five storey, mixed use building.
